Billion Dollar Brows started in Los Angeles with Brow Boost, an eyebrow conditioner that helps restore over-tweezed non-brows. A year later, the company launched a line of cosmetics including the Brow Gel and Universal Brow Pencil.
Before and after my use of the kit:

The Universal Brow Pencil is actually universal. For blonde (taupe) eyebrows, just use light strokes. For dark brown/black eyebrows (like mine), apply more pressure. The handy spoolie one the opposite side is great at keeping hairs in place.
The Smudge Brush blends the brow pencil in. The synthetic bristles are perfect for creamier products and can be used for a variety of makeup applications. I just wish it was a small angled brush because it’s easier to apply and contours to my brows.

I absolutely love the Brow Duo Pencil (swatches above). It has highlighter on one side and a creamy concealer on the other. The concealer goes on fantastically and lasts all day long.
Lastly, the Brow Gel is great at keeping my stray eyebrow hairs in place without making my eyebrows look shiny or flaky.
Definitely a great buy for yourself or your eyebrow-obsessed friend!
